Saam Lowni

Saam Lowni has a rounded view of the market gained from 20 years’ experience. His knowledge spans residential and commercial property development, sales, lettings, management and finance.

Saam gained broad experience working with boutique property agencies and national chains alike. He possesses international exposure through working with developers in London, Spain and the Middle East, and continues to build his own portfolio across London, the South East, West Midlands and the North East.

Most recently Saam has been a founding member of a Property Finance Provider which grew its fund from £0 to £300m and on course to fund 1000 homes across the UK.

Joel White

Joel White is the Group Director and founder of Ramsay & White Finance for Property Investors; a brokerage specialising in securing the best finance solution for investors across the UK. Since launching in 2018 the company has grown significantly and secured over £230m in lending for its clients, whilst also being recognised for various awards across the finance industry. In 2020 the business expanded further with Ramsay & White Estate Agents.

As well as actively investing in companies and property, Joel has a proven track record in strategic planning and helping investors momentum invest by using the right finance.

As Head of Bridging & Commercial at Ramsay & White and with over 20 years of business and property investment experience under his belt, Paul has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to structuring commercial finance deals. As well as working with clients throughout the UK, Paul has also helped many Foreign Nationals successfully invest in the UK.

Paul Adams

Paul has a wealth of knowledge in the property funding space with over 20 years of experience arranging bespoke and complex mortgage loan facilities, largely through Private Banks for UHNW/HNW clients, including Expats, Foreign Nationals, and offshore SPVs.

With a long career in Private Finance and numerous other high-end brokerages, Paul has helped fund multiple developments and build projects with GDVs of £25million+ including residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes. He also specialises in arranging £5 million+ commercial buy-to-let finance for professional landlords with large property portfolios.

Paul advises investors and developers on all aspects of Bridging Finance and Structured Finance, including Senior & Stretch Senior Development Finance, Mezzanine & Equity Funding.

As well as his vast industry knowledge, Paul has built credibility, strong relationships, and an extensive database of key contacts over the years - all of which are invaluable to Merryoaks’ clients.
